so it is now christmas vacation!! yea!! yesterday was my first full day of vacation. i have been decorating my house for christmas. this is my favorite holiday. i sent out christmas cards the other day. if you want one please comment! today and tomorrow i am working a swim meet and hopefully i will get paid so i can go get the rest of the christmas presents that i need to get. i just need to get 3 more people their presents 2 of them i know what to get but i have no idea about what to get my sister. blah. i have 10 days to think about it...

we got our christmas tree yesterday!! i love the smell of christmas trees!! so last night we were trying to figure out how we are going to decorate the outside if we should do all white or all of one color or the multi color ones. we didn't get very far. i wanted to do the multi colored strings of lights and my dad wanted to do all green. it will be interesting to see what we will do!

so 3 finals down and 2 finals left! i am so glad that the semester is almost over! i have one final on monday and one wednesday! i have moved home most of my stuff from school already and i am going to move the rest of it on monday after the final. here is my spring semester class schedule: Monday: No classes! so today i was in melcher hall(the business school building) and the fire alarm went off and i was currently in the bathroom so i hurry up and leave the bathroom but guess what? i had set down my cell phone and left it there!! so then like 10 minutes later i notice that i didn't have my cell phone! so i go back to the bathroom and it wasn't there!! i searched around and i went to the advising center thankfully someone had turned it in there! i was so glad! i thought someone stole it but they just turned it in i was so glad to get it back! it is freezing today! it is like 39 degrees!! and i don't have any heavy jackets with me here at school! just some sweaters and long sleeve shirts so that will just have to do until i go home on sunday or monday! yes i am actually staying here this weekend but that is because i am working a meet that is all tomorrow and saturday and sunday. so it is just convienent. i checked my gmail address and i had a 103 spam e-mails!! i think that ju

so i was watching the first harry potter movie the other day and at the begining you know how harry sets free a snake? what if that snake ends up being voldmort's snake later on? has anyone else thought about that? and has anyone else wondered what happens to fluffy the 3 headed dog from the first book? so this is the last regular week of school!! yea!! i will be moving home about half of my stuff on sunday or monday depending on if i have to work a swim meet on sunday night or night. might move home even if i do work it. depends how productive i am.

so today is thanksgiving!! my mom has already put the turkey in the oven and our house smells sooooo good!! i love thanksgiving!! so much good food!! and i am watching the houston parade on Fox! ainsley made it home last night and then we went to El Rincon for dinner after we picked her up. i love mexican food!! and one of ainsley's friends were there too so she had fun seeing them too and obviously sean came to have dinner with that and ainsley was excited about seeing him. i think he was #1 on her list of people to see this weekend. and they are out again this morning together but ainsley promised to be home in time for dinner which i think we are going to have around 1? i think that is what we are shooting for.....and then we get to go have dessert!! at Robin's new house!! i am excited!! yea for pie!! cherry pie is my favorite!!

so it is the week of thanksgiving! yea!! i love thanksgiving and christmas. so my 8:30 class got canceled this morning! i had gotten up at 6 to drive to school and i was at school and in the class and the teacher walks in and says that class is cancelled. there were only like 10 of us there. so i had to wait until 11 for my next class. also my economics teacher is giving a test tomorrow so i have to go to school tomorrow. if there wasn't a test i wouldn't go to school tomorrow. i also have an accounting project tomorrow but you turn it in to the accounting lab and not to the teacher so you can pretty much turn it in anytime you finish it. but i am recopying my project so it looks nice. i only have 2 classes of each class left! i can't believe it! i am glad this semester is almost over. i have already cancelled my dorm room for next semester. i am taking 2 classes online next semester and i hate living on campus so i am moving back home in about 2 weeks.

so thanksgiving is next week! i am so excited! ainsley is coming home on wednesday! so last night my mom called me to tell me that they had bought a 46 inch lcd flat screen tv!! yea! it is getting delievered tomorrow afternoon! i can't wait to see it! i think we are also upgrading to digital cable because they said that the HDTVs don't work well with basic cable and it works better with digital cable! so i think we might upgrade soon. i am so glad there is less than 3 weeks of classes left! but then we have finals...blah!

so i was sitting in my dorm room watching the simpsons and the phone rings. it was some guy i don't know. anyway he was like what are you doing and i was like nothing. then i was like who is this and he was like i think you know who it is and i was like no who is this and he was then the hottest guy in the world or something like that. that is when i got totally crept out and hung up!! i am not sure what to do. i don't have caller id in the dorm room so i don't know the phone number or name of the caller. has anyone ever gotten a call like that? maybe it was for my roommate you know one of her friends trying to play a joke but thought it was her on the phone instead of me....but i don't think so. i wonder if the university keeps dorm room numbers unlisted or not..... they should if they don't because that is creepy!! and i don't mean halloween creepy!!

i can't wait until thanksgiving! there is like 5 weeks left of school!! i am pretty sure that i will live at home next semester and just commute! those cool cool pillows from bed bath and beyond! i have had the red one for a while but i just go the pop tart one in september. My new pink Razr cell phone that i got on friday! it was on sale for $99 so i thought that was a good deal! and it is a camera phone! here are some cute halloween things my mom gave me. the 2 on the right play sounds. so here you can see my tv, refrigerator and microwave. i also have some cups and plates and stuff. you can also see my eiffel tower poster! so this is my side of the room. you can see my orlando bloom poster and my desk and my NEW laptop!! i have this surf board theme sheets! so i have decorated my side of the dorm room and i put up this halloween sign. you can see the posters i put on the wall since the begining of the semester.

so today i voted early! that was cool. it was pretty easy. but the exciting news is that i got new cell phone!! a pink razr!! yeah! and it is a camera phone too! so i have taken only 2 pictures so far and that is of my parents so i can put their pictures next to thier phone numbers. i guess i have to work on getting everyone else's picture into my address book!! i have my 2nd marketing test tomorrow...i hope i do ok on it. and after that i have a U of H swim meet. oh and i now have a text messaging plan so i can send 200 messages for only $5. yeah!!

golden retrievers are the best dogs in the world! i am going to post a couple of pictures i have found like this one was on one of the facebook group that i have joined. so i have finished my first accounting project today. it wasn't too bad. i have made the best schedule for next semester! if i do it i would only have to go to school 3 days a week! i will post the schedule once i go to the counselor and get adviced.

so today i had another accounting test. i don't think i did as well as i did on the first test. but he will drop your lowest grade so it will end up being ok. only 6 weeks left until the last day of classes. then finals start. but i am going to move out once regular classes are over. because only having 4 classes over 2 weeks is going to be boring so i will probably just move out after the regular classes are over. next semester i am either going to get an apartment or live at home. i just don't like living in the dorms. i will probably make a nice easy schedule so i could commute if i wanted to.

ugghhhh... i hate being sick!! i feel so bad....headache/possible fever....aching......tired....feel like i am going to barf..... sorry if that grossess you out it is how i feel. i think i might just go home after classes tomorrow and skip thursday. i will see i guess. depends on if i feel like driving i guess. or if it is raining. if it is just sprinkling or not raining at all i will go home but if it storming i will probably stay... depends on how bad i want to go home i guess. i feel too bad today to go to do the career test. i will do it later after i feel better.

so i have been thinking a lot about what i want to do with my life. i am not sure what i want to do anymore. i am thinking about changing my major. i don't know if i want to do accounting anymore. i think i will take a career test this week. maybe i will figure out exactly what i want to do....i am also looking for any advice. it looks like it might rain tonight!! i love rain!

so i have upgraded my blogger to the beta....kinda different....i have added everything back to the way it was i think....just don't click on the subscribe to thing at the bottom of the page,i have no idea what that is and i didn't put it there and i don't think i can take it off either!

so i noticed tonight when i was working on my old computer how different it is between widescreen and regular computers. my new computer is a widescreen laptop and i like the widescreen very much! yea!! so i am home for the weekend! yea weekends!

so i have finally gotten involved with something at school!! go me!! i just went to the UH intra-squad meet......it wasn't too bad! and i get paid for it! :) it lasted about 2 to 3 hours! so i am not sure what i want to major in anymore! blah! so i am trying to figure it...i am looking for any advice at all!

so i just got back from hearing the speech given by Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale! i suggest if you have the opportunity to go see a speech given by him you should! he is really entertaining! his start is pretty amazing!! he started out with only $5,000!! and look where he is now! if you have seen his commercials and seen how enthusiastic he is, that is how he is in his speech. he has an amazing begining! so i went on the klein website today and you can see the list of teachers for each subject and everything. so i went through each subject to see if any of my teachers are still there and most of them are not there anymore!! it made me sad....well for the ones that i liked. i was thinking about going and visit some of them tomorrow because i am going home tomorrow. but i will probably just stop by the pool tomorrow.

so i was on Mugglenet.com and i was reading about Book 7. very interesting theories and stuff. it is suppose to come out next year. also Harry Potter and the order of the pheonix movie is suppose to come out july 13th i think. go to Mugglenet.com and there is a list of release dates.

so i am back at school for the week. i have 2 tests on saturday that i need to start studying for. it is kinda weird to have tests on saturday but i guess the teachers don't want to waste class time by taking tests. all my other classes have tests during the class period. i got a B on my first economics test that i had last tuesday. i can't wait for next weekend so i can home again. but at least now i have a nice new computer that i can use while i am not at home!

so today i got a new laptop today!! yea!! i am so excited!! i got a toshiba satellite. i am busy putting stuff on it. it has a 120GB hard drive. it was a $949 with a $200 rebate so it is a pretty good deal! so far it is working great! my mom is going to have my old laptop.

so this week is a lot better than i thought it would!! i think i got an A on my accounting quiz that i took on tuesday. i haven't gotten the quiz back yet but we went over the quiz in class and i think i got all but one right so i will just have to keep checking webct for the grade. i also had an economics test on tuesday and i think i did ok.... the teacher hasn't posted the grades yet. but in class the teacher said that the average was an 81 and there were 2 100% so maybe i got a 100 but i am not going to get too overcomfident about getting 100 because i am not sure that i did get a 100. we will just have to see! i am home for the weekend. hopefully my mom will get off work soon because i think we were going to meet for dinner! the dogs were so happy to see me when i got home! i have found that the commute home isn't too bad! it takes about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. it isn't too bad. i sure wouldn't mind do it everyday but i would need to get an EZtag becau

so i am doing it again. i am going crazy. all i want to do is stay home. i don't really like living on campus. it is kinda lonely because my roommate is never around. my internet doesn't always work either. so it makes stuff harder and home more and more appealling because the internet actually works here all the time!! also the fact that i actually like being home and miss my family and pets. so i am probably the only one to ever admit that i would rather live at home and commute than live on my own. i am so confused!!

so i think i am coming down with a cold. blah!! my nose is all stuffed up and my throat hurts pretty bad. so i have been just watching tv and reading some books that i got the other day. but i did the homework that is due this week so i am free for the next day and a half and i won't have to worry about it.

i am glad that it is september. it means that it is going to get cooler soon!! i love fall. my mom is coming home tomorrow!! i think i am going to go to barnes and nobles today to get some more books in this series that i have been reading. it is called diary of a teenage girl by melody carlson. not much is going on.

so i am home for a 4 day weekend!! since i don't have friday classes and there is no school on monday so it is a 4 day weekend! also mom and dad are moving aisnley into school. so i am home to take care of the dogs and cat. but i don't mind!! i love being home. i am not ashamed to admit it. i am the opposite of a college student. most can't wait to get away from home but i can't wait to go home. i love my family expecially my parents. when i came home yesterday and realized my sister wouldn't be here, i really started to miss her too. we have shared a bathroom for as long as i can remember. i have found that i don't mind commuting. so maybe next year i will live at home and commute to school. i am a wimp. today i got this cute little teddy bear from the school store and i bought it a cute little u of h shirt to wear. maybe i will post a picture of it later. school hasn't been too bad. my favorite days are monday and wednesday because i am done by 12 and frid

so i have finished my first week of school!! i have survived!! yay!! so my internet does not work very well at school. so i am now at home and it is working wonderfully!! the internet at school will work for a while and then stop working or it won't work at all. stupid internet. and a lot of class stuff is on the internet like homework for 2 of my classes are on the internet and the answers to another class is on the internet. so this internet thing makes it hard to study so i am glad i will be home on the weekend to get on the internet!! :)

so i have had my first day of school. my classes don't seem to be too bad.....but what is with all the saturday tests?? in like 3 classes they are having us take the tests on a saturday!! i don't want to be here on a saturday!! i have spent about $230 in the past 2 days. mostly it was spent on my parking pass. my parking pass was $161 but it is for the whole year so that isn't too bad!! then i had to buy some extra things for some of my classes. like a clicker...has anyone else had to use these?? my government teacher is making us buy them so we can do attendence with them and take polls during class. blah! but those clickers are pretty expensive!! you have to pay $17 for the actual clicker and then you have to register it!! so that isn't fun.

so tomorrow is the first day of school...i am nervous. i moved in on friday. i stayed over night on friday. on saturday i went to this new student reception at the business school. then i went home for saturday night. now i am back at school. i got some new posters to put up on the wall. my roommate has put her stuff in the room but i still haven't met her. i am sure i will meet her soon. i am nervous about that too.

So my move in is tomorrow! I am excited and nervous!! So today I will be packing which means packing up my computer here. I maybe back on tomorrow night or Saturday but no promises!

so in a week from tomorrow i will be moving into the dorms! i am kinda nervous and scared. but also excited!! i have been shopping for things that i will need for my dorm room like a refrigerator. we have been looking for a good microwave for cheap but we haven't found one yet. i got a lot of new clothes last weekend att the tax free weekend. so i have been trying to think of all the things i would like to take to school and how to pack it. oh i got the bill for next semester. you know how i got a letter saying that i got a scholarship for next year? well it isn't showing up on my bill and nothing has been taken off of the bill. so we e-mailed the contact e-mail that was on the letter. but then we got an e-mail back saying it couldn't delivered!! grrr and there is no phone number to call about it either!!

so today i went shopping!! i do love to shop!! i got a mini refrigerator from lowes. that was the big thing i got. this morning my mom and i also opened up a new checking account for me! so now i have my own checking account! i also got more ink for my printer and a new mousepad. shopping makes me tired. tomorrow i think we are going clothes shopping! i hope everyone is enjoying the tax free weekend!!

so u of h finally got my transcript with all of my summer classes!! that makes me feel so much better because like a week ago they sent me a letter saying that i was signed up for a class that had a prerequisite. but of course it was a class i took this summer that they hadn't gotten yet. so now hopefully they won't kick me out of that class in the fall. 16 days until move in! i am getting kinda nervous. i hope i get along with my roommate!

so did everyone hear that lance bass is gay?? i couldn't believe it!! that is kinda wierd but oh well. andrea yates got her not quilty because of insanity today. i think she does need to be in a mental hospital for the rest of her life. nothing much is going on here. lots of rain today.

so i ended up getting a B in calculus and an A in Accounting!! so my gpa is a 3.4! it stinks that my gpa and grades won't transfer to U of H just the credits. last wednesday i got Gilmore Girls season 5 because i had finally finished watching season 4!! i am so glad that luke and lorlei finally got together!! and dean and rory!! but i knew some of that stuff had happened because i had seen some later episodes. i also got the high school musical cd. i love that movie.

so i got my accounting grade and i got an A! yea!! so it brought my gpa up a little. i am excited about that. i am nervous about my calculus grade. it is the one that depends on the final. hopefully it will be up later!

i am done!!! i am so glad that i am done!! so i have 6 weeks of freedom!! so i think that i will get an A in accounting and either an A or B in calculus, it depends on how i do on the final. don't you hate it when you are borderline and it comes down to your final?? but i will be happy with either one in calculus. :)

it has been raining all week!! i love rain!! so i only have 3 days left of summer school! i am nervous about my last test but i know i will pass both classes!! :) there is even a chance that i will get an A in calculus too!! that would make my summer!

so i only have 5 days left of summer school. i am looking at getting a new computer. i am looking at a Dell Inspiron E1705 or an HP a1550y series desktop. i am kinda leaning towards the desktop because i can get the best stuff in it and a new printer and it will be cheaper than getting what i want in a laptop. i am planning to keep this laptop that i have but get a new desktop. anyway i never take it anywere. i never take it to class or take it on vacation. the only places i take it are when i take it to my mom's office when i go with her or to the playroom when i want to watch tv and use my computer and that is not too often. and if it is required to take a computer to a future class i will bring this one but this will become my secondary one you know?? i am thinking about taking a whole bunch of stuff off of here anyway as soon as i get a new computer and just sorta redo it. i don't know if that makes any sense but at least i know what i want to do. happy 4th of july if i don

today is the last day of June!! i only have 5 days left of school!! i got an 89 on my calculus test!! if i hadn't made some stupid mistakes i would have gotten an A!!! oh well!! i have a B average in calculus!!! yay!! i saw some of the grades that people got on the test and someone made a 26!!! about half the class did about the same as me and then you got the people that got the 20's, 30's and 40's!! so you have people doing pretty well and then the people doing pretty bad! i guess that is the way calculus is. if i do well on the last test and final i could get an A but i am not counting on it. it will be a good surprise though!!

i got my student id yesterday....the picture is ok. but the whole card looks kinda cool because it looks like a credit card....but it isn't. 3 weeks of school left. not much is going on. i am making tacos for my family tonight for dinner. i love tacos!! yum!

this will be my 400th post on here!! weeee!!! so i know when the housing assignments will be mailed out by!! i actually e-mail the housing people and they said that it would be by july 14th!! so that will be right after school gets out!! 3 weeks!! i hope i get the quad!! i was also asking them lots of questions about what we could bring and all that and they were like all that will be sent with it. so i am sure that we will be getting a huge envelope full of stuff. i love mail!! if anyone wants to be a penpal just e-mail me because i love to write letters. and love getting letters too!! oh and i got a 87 on my second accounting test and an 81 on my second calculus test!!! i am so happy about the calculus test. at the beginning of the semester i thought i was going to fail but i can actually get a B or a C....(i got a 70 on the first test... that is why i thought i was going to fail but now i probably won't!!) :)

i am rereading the harry potter series. don't ask me why. i just sorta feel like it. i love to read. i can't wait until school is out so i can just read!! 3 weeks from tomorrow is the last day of school!! :) yay!! it has been raining since like saturday! i love rain!! :) we needed it too!! i wish that the housing people will hurry up and give me my housing assignment!! i can't wait to get it!! my student id should be coming in the mail soon too!! i will probably be getting a lot of mail from them in the next month or 2 now that i have signed up for classes and put in for housing and id and stuff.

it is getting hot!! first week of school is over!! only 5 more to go. can't wait. well actually i like my accounting class. i don't really like my calculus class but that is because my teacher complains about how we keep asking her to work problems. you know if we keep asking questions, it means we don't understand and need help which she should do and not complain about it. the stuff we are learning isn't too bad. it could be worse. i think this is the last math class i have to take. at least i don't think i have to take any more calculus!! i am not sure if i have to take statistics. i might not. both of my classes have test on the same days all this summer!! every single test is on the same day!!! like calculus and accounting both have a test on monday!! i am glad this will be over in 5 weeks. july 11!! got an A in sociology!! boosted my gpa up to a 3.38!

so i finished my minisemester class last friday. i think i got an A but she has not posted the grades yet so i am not sure. tomorrow i am starting the real summer school. 6 weeks of accounting and calculus. i think it will be ok. i am still nervous. i have to sell back my sociology book. after i took my sociology final the book store was closed so i have to wait until tomorrow to sell it back. unless there is a huge line or something then i will wait.

june 1st! tomorrow is the last day of my minisemester class. i am glad that it is almost over. just the final. i am ready for the summer vacation. my transfer orientation is in 2 weeks. i am excited about it. i am ready for the fall. something different.

so today ainsley graduated from high school! tonight we are going to taste of texas for dinner. we are going to open her presents before dinner. i think i will be more excited about her computer than she will be. but the stupid thing today was that ainsley didn't get her actual diploma because she had a book hold but she had turned in all her books so i have concluded that the school is stupid and a pain. my minisemster is almost over. 3 days left of class. no school monday because of the holiday and no school on wednesday because my teacher has a doctor appointment or something. final is on friday. i think i will get an A. i got an A on the midterm so i think it will go well.

i am enjoying my sociology class. it is pretty interesting. we had a midterm on monday and i got a 94!! Ainsley is graduating on saturday. kinda scary. my grandma is coming here tomorrow. so we are cleaning and making our house look great. i think i am more excited about finding out what kind of computer ainsley is going to get than she is. i am not sure ainsley really cares. i will probably end up setting it for her anyway. i like doing that kind of stuff so i don't mind!

i like my sociology class. i like the time too. i can slowly get up and not have to hurry to get there. the school isn't as bad as i thought it would be either because i have had time to sorta look around. ainsley got her laptop the other day but we are going to give it to her next saturday when she graduates. my mom is going to get her towels with her name on it. i am going to get her a cd player/radio thing that can fit into a shelf or something. i got my housing contract yesterday. so i all i know so far is that i will be either in the quad or moody towers. it didn't exactly say. so i signed in all the places and sent it in today.

today i start my minisemester class. i am kinda nervous because it is at willowchase and the only time i have been there was to buy my books. i probably should have walked around when i was there and found my classes but i didn't. i hope they don't cancel my class because there are only 12 people signed up for it. my speech teacher finally posted my grade and i got an A!! so my gpa is a 3.34 now. it went down a little bit because all my other grades are B's. but i am really going to try to get all A's this summer to bring it up a little bit. Ainsley is doing the senior skip day thing today. i never did that.

yesterday i got the rest of my summer school books. willowchase looks nice on the outside but the inside is kinda blah....at least that is what i got from it when i went to get my books. their bookstore looks like it used to be a classroom. i guess i am just used to cy-fair's bookstore because it is a lot bigger. so i thought i would try to read the first chapter for my sociology class so when i get there on monday i will be prepared. i am kinda excited and kinda nervous. starting out at a new school even if it is only for the summer. i will probably be feeling the same way in august when i go to u of h. my speech teacher still hasn't posted the grades. the only real good grade i have gotten is in finite math were i got an A. all the other ones are kinda disappointing. i still have a 3.30 GPA though(i am not trying to brag though)

i am so glad it is over!! the semester is done! i was able to sell back all my books and got over $200 for them so i will be able to buy my summer class books. i haven't gotten any of my grades other than english. that is ok. i don't want to know them. the weather here felt so good. it was actually comfortable! yay!

so i took 2 more finals today. none of my teachers have posted my grades yet except for english which i think i have already said i got a B. i have one more final tomorrow. it is finite math. i think it is the one that i am most confident about. i will probably get an A in that class. probably the only A i will get this semester. but hopefully i can get 3 A's this summer to make up for it!! :)

so i took my first final today which was speech. i think i did ok on it. i will probably end up getting a b in the class. my english teacher e-mail out our grades and i got a B!! i seriously thought i would get a C because on 2 of the papers i got C's but on the third paper i got a B and on the major paper we just handed in i got a B too and that major paper was worth more so i guess it was just high enough to make my grade a B!! i definitly don't mind getting B's. i don't want to get any C's or lower in college. i have 2 finals tomorrow and 1 on thursday and then i am done!! yay!!

so i swept up the front yard today. we had tons of leaves and branches in our yard. so i swept up the driveway, the front walkway that leads up to the front door and all the leaves next to the curb. i thought about raking the yard but by then it was hot and i was getting tired and sweaty so i quit. there was still the backyard to finish because we cleaned up the backyard a little bit yesterday. anyway people will see the frontyard and not the backyard unless they actually come in a look out the back windows. i went to the store today and when i got into my car i noticed that i had a crack in my front window from the hail. it was kind of towards the top and when i was coming home i thought it looked like it had gotten bigger since i went to the store. and i have dents on my hood from the hail. hail hates my car. it is suppose to rain tonight/tommorrow morning. i love rain but hopefully no more hail! i like regular storms.

so i was saying before how we were having some rain. it turned out to have tons of thunder and lightning and tons of hail. my pool almost overflowed!! our power went out for about 45 minutes. the news was saying that there were wind walls or tornado walls or something like that that is how tornados start and it kinda looks like there was a tornado went through the neighborhood. there are tree branches and leaves everywhere. a real mess. no houses were flattened or anything. my mom thinks that there might have been roof damage to the people behind us from the hail. i took a picture of a pile of hail after it stopped raining. so the pile of hail is like 30 minutes after it stopped raining so they had melted a bit.

today was my last day of regular classes!! my last english class too!! i turned in my paper and now i am done!! i only have 4 finals next week. it is storming right now! i love rain. and i have gotten everything done that i need to get done so i don't have to go anywhere so it is all ok!

i just finished my last english paper!!! yay!!! it is actually 6 pages long!! i will be done with my last english class tomorrow!! tommorrow is the last day of regular classes. next week are finals. then i am done for the semester. i am ready!

i cant believe that this is the last regular week of school!! next week is finals and then i am done for the semester!! yay!! but too bad i have a class right after that but at least it isn't until 2:30pm so it won't be too bad and it is sociology so i don't think it will be too hard. i can't believe it is may!!

this blog is now 2 years old!! it was actually 2 days ago but i forgot to mention it. i am reading chicken soup for the college soul. i love those books! some of the stories are really inspiring. i broke my pinky toe yesterday. it hurts. it has gotten all swollen and it is starting to bruise too. it hurt to put my shoes on today so i have just been wearing my sandals. this afternoon i got inspired to clean my room up a little bit too. i really don't know why! it is suppose to rain today. i love it when it rains.

yesterday i got some more birthday presents!! yay!! :) i got harry potter and the goblet of fire (the one with the 2 discs!) and full house season 3 from robin!!! thank you!! and i got this cute little necklace and top from my grandpa. today i went to the gym for the first time in a couple of weeks. i am terrible about going sometimes. but i am not that sore....probably should work harder....i did walk a mile in under 30 minutes though! i know people run that in like 4 minutes and are laughing at me walking it in less than 30 but i will never run again in my life. running hates me and i hate running. for those who do not know, running is what caused me to have knee trouble 2 years ago and i had to have knee surgery because of it! i think i did it in like 25 minutes. 1 week left of classes and 2 weeks from tomorrow, i will be taking my last final!! yay!! it seems like my finals are late. because i have read other peoples blogs and they are like finals are next week gotta study thing. ne

so my birthday was yesterday. it was good. i got 2 movies: dodgeball and memoirs of a geisha which i am currently reading the book. i got a barnes and nobles card too and an iTunes card too. we went to stracks for dinner where i did have chicken fried chicken. i had a craving for it and it tasted so good!! it was suppose to rain but it hasn't yet. i hope it does. i like rain and we haven't gotten much rain this year. just a little over 2 weeks left of school. my last final is on may 11 i think. sometime that week anyway. then i have a few days off and then i am taking a minisemester class and then i am taking the summer session 1. i am taking july off to get ready to transfer to u of h (yes i decided to go there!) then i think we are going on vacation sometime there at the end of july/begining of august before everyone has to go back to school. i think i start august 21st or somewhere around there. ainsley doesn't have to be at school until the next week for orientation i t

hey!! i can't believe that i am 2o!! :) i only had 1 class today so it was pretty cool. i have gotten a lot of happy birthday comments on my facebook!! yay!! thank you guys!! :) so far it has been pretty good. my mom made me blueberry muffins for breakfast! then tonight i get to choose what i want to do for dinner!! yay for birthday dinners! i am thinking about strack's because i am craving chicken fried chicken but i am still open for suggestions. i have only gotten 2 cards in the mail: one from my grandma and one from Robin. my mom thinks that my grandp forgot my birthday unless something comes in the mail today. oh well.

i am so worn out. i washed everyone's car today. blah. oh well now we have clean cars. some of them were really gross too. only 2 regular weeks of classes left. 4 of each class left except for government which only meets on wednesday so there are only 2 classes left of those!! and i have nothing due until my major paper for english which i have written and just need to revise. so all i have to do for the next 3 weeks is work on my paper and study and take my finals!!

my birthday is in 2 days! ainsley has my birthday off from school. i am glad that i only have one class that day! i think i am going to go to u of h. i sent in my housing application last night. yesterday i went to visit sam houston. but i think i like u of h better. i have my reasons but if you guys have any reason that i should/shouldn't go there please comment. i need all the help i can get!

my computer is making me mad right now!! i want a new computer so badly. it has just been getting so slow lately. but it worked so well until last may i think when i got the stupid virus and it hasn't worked as well since. i need more memory and RAM. anyone like their computers a lot and have suggestions on what to get? Do you like Dell or compaq or hp or gateway or apple? desktop or laptop? you know the basics about your computer that you like. so hopefully i will know exactly what i want if i can get one. i think my mom will let me get one because she was like look to see what the schools you are transfering to require in computers. i have looked and they do require more memory than i have currently and more RAM too so hopefully i can comvince my parents to let me get a new one! Andrew had been through 2 computer by the time he was a sophmore but that was because his first one got stolen but still and he just got a new one so it isn't exactly fair. i have the money to get on

i think i got into U of H!!! because you can check on your status online and it said my status is approved!! i am so happy!! but know the tough time is here where i have to decide if i want to go there or to sam houston. if anyone has any advice about either like if you go/went there tell me why!! last friday i went to the u of h campus for a tour and info sessions. i liked the campus a lot better than i though i would. mom and i are going to visit sam next friday. they are both about equal distants or at least maybe equal driving time. sam is about an hour/hour and half away and u of h is about 45minutes/little over an hour depending on traffic. so that isn't going to be a problem. 2 weeks until my birthday! yay! 4 weeks until finals.

here is a haiku that i had to write for my english class at the begining of the semester. i like it and my teacher liked it. i even read it out loud in class because all the ones that people were reading out loud were sad and she was like are there any happy ones and i said that mine was kinda happy. it isn't exactly happy but it is definitly not sad. tell me what you think. i can't believe that i have had almost 7,000 visit to this site over almost 2 years. i never thought that so many people would come and read my thoughts and see what is going on. also this site will be 2 years old on April 26 i think. yay! i also finished Gilmore Girls Season 3 i think last week. so i have started watching season 4. just about a month until finals start. i can't wait till this semester is over. i hopefully will like my new classes in the summer! and no more english!! yay!! at least i hope so!! :) i will also not have to drive so far!! that gets a super YAY!! i am down to 1 paper in english and 1 test or less in each class not including the final except for english where this last paper is sort of the paper because it is due on the last day of regular classes.

it is april fools day!!! no one has played any jokes on me yet! i don't think anyone will either which is ok!! my birthday is in 23 days! :)

so i applied to U of H over spring break. they finally got all my transcripts and all my classes transfer. but they haven't said if i got in yet or not. i will probably know by next week. on friday we are going to visit the campus. i think i will get in. if i don't i guess i will be going to Sam Houston. it will make my decision easier. but i think if i get in to U of H i will go there. i won't have to take anymore english classes there other than English 1 and 2. at sam you have to take another english class after that. blah. i hate english classes. for the minisemester i am taking Sociology 1301. it is from 2:30-5:35. i am so glad it isn't at 8am! i hate early classes even thought it means you will get done early but i don't like getting up early either. for the summer session 1 i am taking: 8:00-10:10 Economics 2302 (microeconomics) 10:20-12:30 Government 2302 12:40-2:50 Math 1325 elements of calculus i am taking all this at willowchase which is like 5 to 10 min

so i went and bought my first lottory ticket!! i just did the one where they automatically pick your numbers. the jackpot is $15 million!! what would you do if you won all that money? i am not sure what i would do. that is a good thing because then i won't be too disappointed if i lost!

so my spring break has been really boring. i really haven't done anything. i have been pretty lazy. i have pretty much been reading some books. i went to barnes and nobles one day. i got this A-list book and this other book that i forgot the name of. today i applied to U of H. i put in a request for my transcript to be sent. so at least i was somewhat productive. i hope i get in! i registered for summer school. i am taking 4 classes. this summer i am going to take them at willow chase. it is so much closer. i am taking sociology 1301 in the minisemester because it sounds like a really easy class. then in the summer session 1 i am taking government II, microeconomics, and elements of calculus. i am not sure what the elements of calculus class is like but that is a class they require for my major at u of h so i thought i would go ahead and take it. i decided to take them at willow chase because the classes start at 8am so i didn't want to drive 30 minutes to an 8am class you kno

so spring break has started for me since i don't have any classes on fridays!! it feels so good to not have to worry about anything for a week. but it would be a good opportunity to catch up/ get ahead. but i am sure i will be a procrastinator and not do anything. oh well. no plans for spring break. anyone want to do anything?

so everyone should know that Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire came out on DVD today. so i went out to get it. then i come home and open it up and there is only one disc. so i was like ok they were able to get it all onto one disc. but then i saw on the news that there are 2 different DVDs that you can get. one with just the movie and then there is one that has the movie and the special stuff. i was stupid enough to not look at it and i saw that i had grabbed one with just the movie. so now i am feeling really stupid because i want the special stuff too. but since i have already opened it i can't return it. so if anyone wants to burn a copy of their 2nd disc that has all the special stuff on it to give it to me that would be so great!! you can consider it as an early birthday present!! just e-mail me!

i am watching the news right now and they were talking about the rodeo show tonight. they showed a clip of Raven and she has chopped her hair off!! well practically.... it is pretty short! i meant to write about this yesterday since it happened yesterday. i got a letter saying that i made the president's list for last semester. i think that is like the dean's list where you have to have a certian gpa for a semester. so that made me feel pretty good. hopefully i can keep it up this semester. i am not sure if i can but i am really going to try.

i can't believe that it is already march!! a week until ainsley's 18th birthday!! and a week until spring break starts!! i can't wait!! anybody doing anything this weekend?? in a month this blog will be 2 years old!!! yay!!! :)

so last night i finished watching season 2 of gilmore girls. i can't believe how it ended!! like i knew that chris's girlfriend ends up pregnant because i had already seen the baby shower episode but i didn't know that chris and lorelie were thinking about getting back together before they found out about the baby. and i was so ready for jess to be gone but coming back?? wow!! on to season 3!!! i am ready for spring break. only a week and half left!! yay!!!

so today i went shopping! i love shopping! i bought so many dvd's! here is what i got: -Mr. Holland's Opus -10 Things I Hate About You -Ice Princess -The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants -Bewitched -Jurassic Park III -Jimmy Neutron -Full House Season 2 3 of them i got for $25 at Hollywood Video. the others that i got were either $11.99 or $9.99 except for Full House which was $22.99. i went to the gym today. 2 days in a row.

i had today off!! so i went to the gym, walked the dogs twice, and i went to barnes and nobles. i love going there! i got 3 books: The Pretty Committee Strikes Back by Lisi Harrison, Ready or Not by Meg Cabot, and Cooking Round the Clock by Rachael Ray. the Rachael Ray book is for my mom's birthday. she loves her 30 minute meals. on the way home from school yesterday, i saw the trail riders riding along the highway going to the rodeo. it was pretty cool. while i was out shopping today, i saw they were building a Freebirds!! i love that restuarant!! such good burritos!! i can't wait until it opens!!

sorry about not updating here. i have posted a lot at my Xanga. i think there is a link under my links column. so i only have 2 days left of school this week. because we have thursday off!! weee!! so i have a 4 day weekend!! my mom and i were looking through all of the old school pictures and sports pictures and stuff. made me remember all the good times. in the first grade i was on a soccer team called the pink hot peppers!! LOL!! isn't that so funny!! i have gotten through most of season 2 of gilmore girls!!

today is the first day of February!! tomorrow is groundhogs day. it rained today. i love rain but i wish it didn't rain when i was driving because i don't really like driving in the rain! i love rain when i am at home. i got to see Chris today! i am still not sure what he thinks of me. but at least he is not running away from me when i go to talk to him. he seems to somewhat like talking to me. hopefully things will eventually evolve into something....i am going to try to not do anything stupid and hopefully things will work out. i really like seeing him and talking to him and everything. he is growing his hair out so it is getting a little long but not too long and i like it.

i was kinda excited about going back to school but now i remember why i love vacation so much.... can i have my christmas vacation back?? so far i like my classes so far but it seems like i am going to have write so many more papers this semester.....i hate english classes!!

so i got my books today. not as many as last semester!! i am happy about that! and it cost a lot less too! :) so in the mail today i got my very first jurory summons!! the fun stuff about being a registered voter! but lucky me i am exempt because i am a student!! so i just send in this thing saying i am a student and then i don't have to go! i am glad too because i would be missing 3 classes on the day i was supposed to go! i am sure they will eventually get me but for the next 2 and a 1/2 years i can get out of it. but i think it would be kinda fun to do it someday. and if it would be on like a friday when i didn't have classes i would go. my mom says i should go and see if my government teacher would give me extra credit. but of course the day i miss would not be goverment because i wouldn't have government on that day. i cant believe that i start school on tuesday. i am kinda dreading it and kinda not. it will be good to go back because it will give me something to do bu

yea!! i finished watching the first season of Gilmore Girls!! saw some episodes that i had never seen before and some that i had seen before and hadn't realized they were in the first season! i also saw some that i had seen parts of and so i got to see the whole thing!! yea!! on to season 2!!

yesterday i was looking at the best buy ads in the newspaper and i noticed that they were selling gilmore girls seasons 3 and 4 for only $24.99!! so today i went and bought them!! yea!! so now i am up to season 4 in gilmore girls even thougth i am still watching season 1 but i am watching episode 12. i would have bought season 5 too but it was regular price and i didn't have that much money with me. oh well i should watch the ones i have first and then i will go get it.

so he finally wrote back. turns out he was on vacation but didn't exactly address the liking part. i copied it into here. maybe you guys can make something of it. or at least give your opinions on it. don't you just love the 2 line e-mails?? and he just puts his anitials at the end instead of his name. sorry i have been in the desert, over the holidaysa out near del RIo. so i have been watching my gilmore girls dvds and i just finished episode 9 of season 1. i am saving some of my christmas money so when i finish seasons 1 and 2 that i got for christmas i can get season 3 and watch that or wait for my birthday for it. i don't know which. it will depend on how fast i finish it. well i want to wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR !!i can't believe that it is 2006. i stayed up until like 2 am this morning but i could still hear people setting off fireworks at like 3am!! we are taking down our christmas decorations. i think that it is depressing!! i keep reminding my sister that she starts school on tuesday!! i don't start until January 17!! i think i will go get my books next week. still haven't heard from him.... it is depressing but maybe he actually has a life like i don't.....
