so it has been freezing here for the past couple of days and raining and all that....every school around here has been cancelled but does u of h cancel? no of course not! i still had class! at least it was only the first week of school and the teachers aren't expecting you to do anything! yay! it was very easy to get to school today because no one going to work or school or anything! the cool thing about this semester is that i have 4 day weekends! :) i did some great scheduling! half of my classes don't have finals! how cool is that!

so tomorrow is suppose to be the first day of school!! not sure if there is really going to be school tomorrow because of the weather! it is super cold and wet. it is suppose to freeze overnight and we are suppose to get ice. maybe snow?? probably not but you never know!! i still need to go by my books. maybe i will just ride with my parents to school and just have them drop me off... i don't know if i want to drive myself if there is ice on the road... i would never survive in the north! i have been enjoying my break and i am kinda ready for school to start. that feeling will go away after the first day of school. i have been a little bored.

so i had a good christmas and New Years! everyone was home. i made the regular new years resolutions of lose weight, study harder, get organized, and the usual things people make. i got a couple of things for christmas. i knew what some of them were going to be because i picked them out. i got a new backpack, a new calendar, 2 books of sudoku which is pretty addicting, some clothes, a new bag and watch, some giftcards, and books. so i bought myself a new iPod that can play videos and movies and all. the pictures on it is pretty clear! very surprising! this is a picture of my favorite christmas present!! i got it from by best friend Robin !!

so it is now christmas vacation!! yea!! yesterday was my first full day of vacation. i have been decorating my house for christmas. this is my favorite holiday. i sent out christmas cards the other day. if you want one please comment! today and tomorrow i am working a swim meet and hopefully i will get paid so i can go get the rest of the christmas presents that i need to get. i just need to get 3 more people their presents 2 of them i know what to get but i have no idea about what to get my sister. blah. i have 10 days to think about it...

we got our christmas tree yesterday!! i love the smell of christmas trees!! so last night we were trying to figure out how we are going to decorate the outside if we should do all white or all of one color or the multi color ones. we didn't get very far. i wanted to do the multi colored strings of lights and my dad wanted to do all green. it will be interesting to see what we will do!

so 3 finals down and 2 finals left! i am so glad that the semester is almost over! i have one final on monday and one wednesday! i have moved home most of my stuff from school already and i am going to move the rest of it on monday after the final. here is my spring semester class schedule: Monday: No classes! Tuesday: Accounting 3367 10-11:30 Entrepreneurship 3310 11:30-1 Accounting 3337 1-2:30 Wednesday: GENB 4350 11:30-1 Thursday: Accounting 3367 10-11:30 Entrepreneurship 3310 11:30-1 Accounting 3337 1-2:30 Friday: No Classes!! but i am taking 1 online classes (INTB 3350) so that will make it a little harder. but it is still a pretty cool schedule!

so today i was in melcher hall(the business school building) and the fire alarm went off and i was currently in the bathroom so i hurry up and leave the bathroom but guess what? i had set down my cell phone and left it there!! so then like 10 minutes later i notice that i didn't have my cell phone! so i go back to the bathroom and it wasn't there!! i searched around and i went to the advising center thankfully someone had turned it in there! i was so glad! i thought someone stole it but they just turned it in i was so glad to get it back! it is freezing today! it is like 39 degrees!! and i don't have any heavy jackets with me here at school! just some sweaters and long sleeve shirts so that will just have to do until i go home on sunday or monday! yes i am actually staying here this weekend but that is because i am working a meet that is all tomorrow and saturday and sunday. so it is just convienent. i checked my gmail address and i had a 103 spam e-mails!! i think that ju...

so i was watching the first harry potter movie the other day and at the begining you know how harry sets free a snake? what if that snake ends up being voldmort's snake later on? has anyone else thought about that? and has anyone else wondered what happens to fluffy the 3 headed dog from the first book? so this is the last regular week of school!! yea!! i will be moving home about half of my stuff on sunday or monday depending on if i have to work a swim meet on sunday night or night. might move home even if i do work it. depends how productive i am.

so today is thanksgiving!! my mom has already put the turkey in the oven and our house smells sooooo good!! i love thanksgiving!! so much good food!! and i am watching the houston parade on Fox! ainsley made it home last night and then we went to El Rincon for dinner after we picked her up. i love mexican food!! and one of ainsley's friends were there too so she had fun seeing them too and obviously sean came to have dinner with that and ainsley was excited about seeing him. i think he was #1 on her list of people to see this weekend. and they are out again this morning together but ainsley promised to be home in time for dinner which i think we are going to have around 1? i think that is what we are shooting for.....and then we get to go have dessert!! at Robin's new house!! i am excited!! yea for pie!! cherry pie is my favorite!!

so it is the week of thanksgiving! yea!! i love thanksgiving and christmas. so my 8:30 class got canceled this morning! i had gotten up at 6 to drive to school and i was at school and in the class and the teacher walks in and says that class is cancelled. there were only like 10 of us there. so i had to wait until 11 for my next class. also my economics teacher is giving a test tomorrow so i have to go to school tomorrow. if there wasn't a test i wouldn't go to school tomorrow. i also have an accounting project tomorrow but you turn it in to the accounting lab and not to the teacher so you can pretty much turn it in anytime you finish it. but i am recopying my project so it looks nice. i only have 2 classes of each class left! i can't believe it! i am glad this semester is almost over. i have already cancelled my dorm room for next semester. i am taking 2 classes online next semester and i hate living on campus so i am moving back home in about 2 weeks.

so thanksgiving is next week! i am so excited! ainsley is coming home on wednesday! so last night my mom called me to tell me that they had bought a 46 inch lcd flat screen tv!! yea! it is getting delievered tomorrow afternoon! i can't wait to see it! i think we are also upgrading to digital cable because they said that the HDTVs don't work well with basic cable and it works better with digital cable! so i think we might upgrade soon. i am so glad there is less than 3 weeks of classes left! but then we have finals...blah!

i am so glad she finally is!! that guy was a bum!! so i am glad she is finally ditching him!

so everyone out there should go vote!! i already voted. actually i voted early. i think we should get the day off to go vote. i still feel sick. i can't wait until this week is over and i can't wait until thanksgiving and christmas!!

so i am sick again! this is like the 3rd time that i have gotten sick in the past 2 and half months! i really don't get sick this much. i usually don't get sick at all...oh well!

i love this season! yay!! once you get to november you have thanksgiving and christmas and new years! i love this time of year!! only 4 more weeks of classes and then finals!

so i was sitting in my dorm room watching the simpsons and the phone rings. it was some guy i don't know. anyway he was like what are you doing and i was like nothing. then i was like who is this and he was like i think you know who it is and i was like no who is this and he was then the hottest guy in the world or something like that. that is when i got totally crept out and hung up!! i am not sure what to do. i don't have caller id in the dorm room so i don't know the phone number or name of the caller. has anyone ever gotten a call like that? maybe it was for my roommate you know one of her friends trying to play a joke but thought it was her on the phone instead of me....but i don't think so. i wonder if the university keeps dorm room numbers unlisted or not..... they should if they don't because that is creepy!! and i don't mean halloween creepy!!

i can't wait until thanksgiving! there is like 5 weeks left of school!! i am pretty sure that i will live at home next semester and just commute! those cool cool pillows from bed bath and beyond! i have had the red one for a while but i just go the pop tart one in september. My new pink Razr cell phone that i got on friday! it was on sale for $99 so i thought that was a good deal! and it is a camera phone! here are some cute halloween things my mom gave me. the 2 on the right play sounds. so here you can see my tv, refrigerator and microwave. i also have some cups and plates and stuff. you can also see my eiffel tower poster! so this is my side of the room. you can see my orlando bloom poster and my desk and my NEW laptop!! i have this surf board theme sheets! so i have decorated my side of the dorm room and i put up this halloween sign. you can see the posters i put on the wall since the begining of the semester.
